For busy office workers, you can choose a working day and hold a "Famine Noon Party" at your workplace, say 7 am to 7 pm, and skip lunch. Instead of eating lunch, you can gather your coworkers and use the famine kit provided by World Vision to hold an information and discussion session. You can also encourage your friends and family to support the 30 Hour Famine. You will receive a famine certificate as long as you complete the famine.

Office workers can also take a 30-hour challenge and hold get-together activities on a weekend. A special event can be arranged at the 30th hour to celebrate the completion of the challenge!
