Thank you very much for your concern and interest in the 30 Hour Famine!


Then please follow the below process step by step - download related forms and information to complete registration and leader's training, and to organize a famine group (or do a famine at home as individual):


Please download the Registration Form for Group Leader or Registration Form for Individual Fill in the form and email to pr@worldvision.org.tw

Please choose a training session or correspondence training in the Registration Form for Group Leader World Vision will confirm your completion of training.
After your completion of training is confirmed, please download the Group Registration Form Fill in the form and email to pr@worldvision.org.tw at least 7 days before the event. Once completing this step, your group is officially recognized.
Please download the Credit Card Form for Registration Fee or request a barcode slip from World Vision. Make the payment for the whole group (or individual) at least 7 days before the event.
※ After your group member's registration fees (NT$100 each) and group registration form are received, we will send you copies of member's materials based on the number of members. If the number of members is changed, please call World Vision (02-21751995, ext. 417) immediately to make a correction.
Please download the Group Member's List Form Fill in member's data and email to pr@worldvision.org.tw prior to the event.
Contact World Vision at 02-21751995 (ext. 417) or pr@worldvision.org.tw prior to the event to report your exact event date, timeline, location, hours, and number of group members, etc.
Conduct the event or do the famine as individual according to the confirmed date and location. Also encourage group members to raise funds by using the Credit Card Form for Fundraising from the event period till Sept. 30, 2008 to help fight hunger around the world. Your group can enter the famine competition with your accumulative fundraising performance.
Congratulations for completing the famine! Please email your photos and written report of the event to pr@worldvision.org.tw
According to group member's actual attendance and completion of the famine, update the group member's list that you have submitted in step 5. Also tick in the form to register the members for the Famine Hero Rally scheduled on Aug. 16. Submit the updated list to pr@worldvision.org.tw within 2 weeks after the event is finished. Welcome to join in the rally and famine concert by showing your famine certificate!
